Creativity and resilience: the most valued skills to face the “new normal”

A survey of 140 CEOs, partners and company directors from 7 countries (including Argentina) shows that creativity (67%), change management (59%) and resilience (58%) will be more valued to recover from the Covid-19 crisis. “The dizziness with which we have lived these days of pandemic in Latin America leads to issues such as creating, testing, making mistakes, changing to try again and doing it quickly, take center stage” concludes the statement by Olivia, consultant specialized in organizational transformation processes responsible for the survey. To these three skills, human resources experts add two fundamental skills for leaders: empathy and responsibility.
